Prices are per person per night.

Lymestone restaurant on the lower ground floor of the hotel will be open for lunch and dinner every day, any meals and drinks can be charged straight to your room for settlement on your departure.

Bookings can be made by telephone, fax, email or post. A non refundable deposit will be required, to the value of £20 per room (whole amount if only staying for one night). Alternatively a credit or debit card number can be used as security for a booking.

If a credit or debit card number is used as security in the event of a no show the full amount of the first nights booking will be charged. Cheques will not be accepted for final bills.

Please note that all prices on this website are inclusive of VAT at the current rate.

Stay with us and dine in our Lymestone Restaurant, where Master Chef of Great Britain - Kevin Wyper, head chef and owner of the hotel, produces sumptuous meals prepared wherever possible using local Lakeland ingredients.
Our dinner, bed and breakfast rate includes a £20 allowance against your restaurant bill, prices start for £58 per person per night, please ask what price your room is when booking.

Christmas

Come and join Kevin and Andrea formally of Jambo in Windermere for their first Christmas at The Lymehurst.

Christmas Eve

Arrive anytime after 2pm and settle into your room, once you start to relax come down to the residents lounge for afternoon tea,then spend the rest of the day exploring the town or just relax.

Come down at 7pm for canapés and mulled wine in the lounge, meet the other residents, before going through for dinner which you can choose from our ala carte or specials menu.

After dinner relax in the lounge, go down stairs into the bar or attend Midnight Service in one of the many local churches.

Christmas Day

Merry Christmas! A leisurely breakfast will be served from 8.30am,but remember to leave room for lunch. The rest of the morning can be spent relaxing or have a walk along the promenade.

Once again everyone will gather in the lounge at around 12.30pm,for pre lunch drinks, altogether at 1pm you will sit down to Christmas Lunch, this will be a relaxed and unhurried affair, we will have chosen wine to match the food which will be left on the table for everyone to help themselves, like one big happy family.

After Lunch relax, go for a walk, sleep or play games in the lounge or go down stairs to the bar, there will be a light buffet served at around 8pm for those who still have room.

Boxing Day

Once again breakfast will be served from 8.30am.The day is then free for you to enjoy as you like, we can prepare packed lunches if you would like (if you would like a hot drink please bring your own flasks).

Why not have a drive out and explore the rest of The Lake District, boats will be running on Lake Windermere to and from Lakeside, Bowness and Ambleside.

Once again meet in the lounge at 7pm and go through for dinner at 7.30pm and choose from our a la carte or specials menu. After dinner relax in the lounge or have a night cap in the bar.

27th December

Enjoy your last hearty breakfast with us from 8.30am,before saying your good byes and departing on your homeward journey.

An extra nights bed and breakfast on the 27th will be available at our normal tariff for anyone wishing to extend their stay.

Due to the nature of this break it is not suitable for small children.

The price for this Special Christmas break is £320 per person, this includes all meals mentioned, Champagne and wine with Lunch on Christmas day, all extras can be charged to your room, so you can relax and settle everything on your departure.

Please note that due to the special nature of this break we request a £100 per person deposit to confirm your booking.

New Year

Come and join Kevin and Andrea formally of Jambo in Windermere for their first New Year at The Lymehurst.

New Years Eve

After dinner relax in the lounge,go down stairs into the bar and join in the fun with the live entertainment .Champagne will be served at Midnight.

Cancellation Policy

If you cancel more than one week before your stay, no charge except your deposit will be made, less than one week before we reserve the right to charge for the whole stay. We also recommend that holiday insurance is taken out.

Check in is any time after 2pm and check out is by 10.30am on the day of departure.

Any breakages or damage will be charged at cost price.
